LOVE oatmeal cookies, but i would change a couple of things in this recipe... first, oven at 350°F this way the cookies have less chance of burning, but more chance of coming out soft and chewy! 2nd, i don't use molasses; i add unsweetened coconut and honey instead... also, no details in your recipe, but do you use white or brown sugar? it's fun to play around with the quantities of each (i.e. half cup of brown with half cup of white)... recipe is also really tasty with dried cranberries instead of raisins... and finally, when i'm feeling extra bad, i like to chop up some dark chocolate and throw that in there as well...
